WOB: no new build(s) since 12/6
-
Hi,
Could someone of devs please wake builer up to build new snaps other than nano?
I'm running full version and been waiting for new snaps as newer git commits are
there so need full update. Please knock on your lovely builder.Thank you.

Looks to me like update snapshots for the pfSense auto-updater are still getting built. I'm running a build from 12/12/09 right now. I was having connectivity problems so I had to manually download the .tgz from here: http://snapshots.pfsense.org/FreeBSD_RELENG_8_0/i386/pfSense_HEAD/.updaters
Hope this helps.

Thank you, mr_steve.
Yes I noticed that ".updaters" but the "dot directory" won't be shown in normal way so I meant to say most of users are still seeing update(without dot) directory looking for any newer .tgz for sure.
cheers,

There have been new builds on the 11th, 12th and 13th. 2.0 was promoted from ALPHA-ALPHA to ALPHA, which makes the alphabetical sort as such that if you're sorting by name you are probably looking in the wrong place.

Ooooooooooooops!!!! my BAD :P
I never ever noticed that it has been promoted to ALPHA, did I miss something?
Anyway, yes, mine was sorted by alphabetical order then looking very end of the
list everytime, where very wrong place indeed! Thanks for heads up cmb!

Are these builds stable enough to upgrade from 1.2.3-RELEASE? I'd like to go to a build that doesn't have bad FXP drivers so I can turn hardware checksum offloading back on. ;)

Thanks, I just read that. However, I don't consider my home a serious production environment, but I do like having a working router that load balances correctly, so I suppose I will hold off on an upgrade until the ALPHA tag is gone. ;)
