      I have a concern, when connecting internet from pfsense on my local lan, my domain from windows server 2019 become inaccessible.

        @fladias Why opening a second thread with the same question ... both with no technical details at all.

        Provide a diagram how the pfSense is connected to the internet and where the Windows 2019 server is located in relation to pfSensess. Show how you configured DNS on pfSense and what does "my domain from windows server 2019 become inaccessible" mean? Inaccessible from where?
