      Hello,

I have tried to install version 2.8.0 and 2.8.1 on a HPE DL20 Gen10 and a HPE DL20 Gen10 Plus servers and get the exact same problem: -After a fresh install, the machines don't boot up properly and will only reboot shortly after the pfsense splash screen. If i change from UEFI to legacy mode in BIOS, the result gets even worse. I have tried with both 1 and 2 drives (2-drives mirrored) and with M.2 drive(s) and the results are exactly the same. Version 2.7 works fine on both HPE machines. Upgrading from 2.7.2 to 2.8.1 gives the same error.bcd735c3-3eca-4646-afb6-0d5da628cff5-image.png
I wonder if the screenie above gives any clues, but exactly after this screen, the machine reboots.

      Please advice

Update: -When I install with UEFI mode ON and disable it after installation, the machine boots properly.

@gargamel If you search the forum you'll find a few thread with HP Gen9 and Gen10 server and this issue. I don't think there is a solutions yet

@patient0 None of the links I found was exactly what I experienced. I have described what I have tried, what did or did not work and the servers I tried with are both different from the ones previously posted and newer. What I have written adds more information about the issues and hopefully helps someone and I was hoping that one of the developers/testers would tell me what to try and/or ask about logs/screenies/commands or whatever which may be useful.
