      Hi,

I have a cluster of two pfSense in PRXMOX (KVM) that are in the versi贸n 2.7.0.

They say that are in the 2.7.0 and "The system is on the latest version."

I the "System > Update > System Update > Branch" and in "System > Update > Update Settings > Branch" I have select "Previous Stable Version 2.7.2" but the versi贸n 2.7.1 and 2.7.2 are not listed to Update.

Branch 2.8.0 and 2.8.1 are also not available for update.

Do you know what the problem might be?

I have configured in the VM's:

      • Memory: 2Gb
      • Processors: 1 (1 shockets, 1 cores) KVM64
      • Machine: i440fx

      Best regards

        @ramses.sevilla Most likely this:
        https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/releases/2-7-1.html#troubleshooting

Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, CPU, and/or disk speed.

          Hi,

When I execute "certctl rehash" in Console, I can see the Update in the Branch 2.7.1 and 2.7.2

Do you know if I can Upgrade directly from pfSense CE v2.7.0 to v2.7.2?

          Thanks so much

@ramses.sevilla Yes, minor updates are not a problem. Generally if you cannot upgrade directly, pfSense will not offer it, which is why you cannot see 2.8.x.

This may be of help: https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/install/upgrade-guide.html

@SteveITS thanks so much by the help.

When I executed "certctl rehash" in Console, I can see the Update in the Branch 2.7.1 and 2.7.2.

I updated from pfSense v2.7.0 to v2.7.2 and later form pfSense v2.7.2 to v2.8.1 without nay problem.

              Thanks so much again.
