      Hello,

I am trying to add one more box to my existing pfsense, in order to have hardware redundancy (CARP).
I follow the tutorial: http://www.pfsense.org/mirror.php?section=tutorials/carp/carp-cluster-new.htm, but I notice that in current latest release some options have changed.

What is the setting that makes one of two boxes the "master"?

      Thanks in advance.

The "advertising frequency" parameter is what you are after.

0 is master, anything higher is backup/slave.
