Weird issues netgate 7100-1u

Hello,I have noticed connection issues such as slow speed or issues obtaining wan Ip on installed intel card.everything worked fine for a year and randomly I ran ping tests today on my external Ip and noticed my private IP popped up.What can be the cause ?And should i be worried ? Idid same test yesterday and it didn’t happen
