      Howdy all,

I have been troubleshooting my 6100. I have a 1 Gigabit symmetric Fiber connection for my ISP. However my upload speeds hover around 3 megabits per second when plugged directly in to the Isps ONT With my laptop I see upload speeds over 600 megabits per second. I have tried switching the WAN port to one of the 2.5 gig interfaces and multiple settings changes including removing packages. I am on 25.07.1-RELEASE help please

@bstirling2307 The very first and best test to make is to briefly insert a switch between the ONT and your 6100.
While your 6100 could have link issues with a switch as well, it is highly unlikely. The test will most likely show if it is the 6100 config (unlikely) or an ethernet Link stability issue that causes the problem.
I would guess it’s a Link Issue, so the first thing to try is a new and better quality ethernet CAT6 cable, and after that trying setting fixed link speeds instead of autonegotiation.

Love the no fuss of using the official appliances :-)
