Disabling upload/download caps from NAT -> Filter bridge

Hi, Here is my problem. I have my NAT interface which is behind the traffic shaper but If I try to upload to my webserver which is on the filter bridge the upload is capped by the speed set in the traffic shaper.
Is there any method to disable the capping of communications between NAT and the Filter bridge Interface?
