      Hi,

      I got a Pfsense with 2 wan ( wan and OPT1)

      2 DSL modem, PPPOe configured on Modem not pfsense

      if PPPOe on wan are down, im unable to use internet connection

      the load balancer ping the modem ip… i thinj this i the trouble but i have read the tutorial to do the work.

      Something wrong?

        you need to ping an  IP address at your ISP's end of the DSL link not your modem. try their  dns servers.

        If I fix one more thing than I break in a day, it's a good day!

            Also make sure you have a static route for at least one DNS server pointing to your WAN2.
            Otherwise you have internet, but cannot resolve names.

              I'm having this issue as well and I've looked around for decent info on setting up a static route, but I can't find anything other then "create a static route" and that doesn't tell me anything. ;)

                system –> static routes
                Click the +, select the interface over which the destination is reachable, set the IP you want to point to the gateway with as subnet /32, set the gateway of the WAN you want it to send to

                How to add static routes is described in various places (i myself wrote it countless times here in the forum...)
