"Static route filtering" for dynmically learned routes (RIPv2)?

Is it possible to get the same functionality for dynamically learned routes, like RIP to bypass firewall rules for traffic on the same interface?
It is pretty awkward to add thousands of static routes to get rid of the firewall to stop the packets.
