Warning: touch(): Unable to create file because No such file or directory in /usr/local/www/services_igmpproxy.php on line 72 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/local/www/services_igmpproxy.php:72) in /usr/local/www/services_igmpproxy.php on line 73

Can I also open up tickets when I find a bug? Or is it better if I post in the forum first to confirm it and wait for someone to open a ticket?

This should be ok.

For something this blatant, it's fine to open a ticket yourself. For issues that are not well defined (i.e. not "Do X, Y, Z and you get ABC error"), post here first.
