Dual PPPoE and routing traffic through one or the other

I've got both connections working (one directly into pfsense and the other through an intermediary pos router), but I'm not sure how to do the following:

I have two subnets 192.168.1.x/24 and 192.168.2.x/24; I need to route all of the first subnet's traffic through Wan1 and the other subnet through Wan2.

Questions about blocking websites go to: 1. packages (DNS Blacklist)?  2. Firewalling? 3. Somewhere else?

I may be completely mistaken, but I think squid would be the best choice for filtering.
