          For cachemgr use squidclient:

          squidclient -p [squid_port_numer] -h [pfsense_ip] mgr:[option]
where option = info, mem, utilization …
          ex: squidclient -p 3986 -h 192.168.1.1 mgr:info

For runtime options run: squid -v

PS: Make sure that your ip adress is allowed to used cahemgr from Services>Proxy Server>Access Control>External cache-managers.

Yes there is. But you have to configure lighttpd to allow access to cachemgr. Or you can use Lusca.
