Packet Capture broken?

Using the Jan 8 build.  Going to Packet Capture shows it as already running.
Clicked the Stop button and it says it's stopped but the button doesn't change to Start.
Anything needed to help troubleshoot?

I fixed that since the last snapshot (new ones building now).

I'm still getting that issue on the snapshot I just downloaded… 20100122-0814

Found another instance of the same PHP quirk and fixed it.
