Facing probelm on the configuring opt1 interface

Hi,
We have a setup of two WAN interfaces & one LAN interface. Wanted the configure pfsense with DUAL WAN load balancing & fail over. But facing a problem in the configuring second WAN interface on opt1.
From Opt1 am able to reach the gateway of the ISP but it's not able to reach the destination.

Can some one help in this.

How does it not behave how you expect?
