Is it possible to increase the size of md0?

I keep having issues with /var/run/log getting too big for the 3mb ramdisk md0 that it's mounted from.

Is it possible to increase the size of this disk? Where is the setting for size in the various initscripts? (I have searched to no avail)

See, I have 1GB of RAM in my PFsense box, I think i can spare more than 3mb for md0…
