      PFsense: 1.2.3-RELEASE built on Sun Dec 6 23:21:36 EST 2009          3 WAN's / 2 LAN's

Everything works fine and then without any errors that I we can find the outbound 1:1 NAT stops working correctly and everything starts going out on the default interface IP.  Which creates a problem because this is a mail server and it needs to be on this IP.

Example: 1:1 NAT set:  24.x.x.24/32 to 192.168.1.111  // Outbound NAT Tab=automatic / No port forwards
      virtual IP's are defined etc

On the 192.168.1.111 machine if we go to URL:  www.whatismyip.com  it shows 24.x.x.24 correctly and then on a random day without any warning we can goto whatismyip.com and it shows the 24.x.x.18

If we do nothing but reset the PFsense firewall all works well again for a few days?

ANY SUGGESTIONS???    Thanks in advance for your time.

You could stop using 1:1 NAT.
Simply forward normally the ports you need and create your own advanced outbound rules for your server.

We do what we must, because we can.
