      I writed the pfSense-1.2.3-RELEASE-512mb-nanobsd.img image on a 512Mb Compact Flash and installed it in a Alix 2d3 system, but it does not boot.
      It shows the boot loader, but then I only see many hashes and pfSense does not boot.
      I have the latest bios on the Alix board, and the serial port is correctly setted at 9600 8N1.
      No problem with Zeroshell.

        Update your BIOS:

        http://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/ALIX_BIOS_Update_Procedure

        It should work then.
