After upgrading to the build dated Thu Feb 4 15:11:19 EST 2010 (sorry don't know the build number) I noticed that in "GATEWAYS" it lists a default WAN gatway that cannot be edited nor deleted and settings are specified as "dynamic". This seems to be a problem since it renders internet connectivity useless. Though there is a work-around until this can be fixed, which was to manually create a new gateway applied to the wan interface. This brought the gateway up and to "online" status.

What kind of WAN do you have?  If it's dynamic, that's supposed to be there.

no it was set to static. the WAN is actually behind a LAN connection. But the problem was resolved. after creating the other gateway and setting that as default, I noticed that after an unassociated reboot, it was gone.
