    My setup description
    pf1 3 nics wan/lan opt1
    pf2 3 nics wan /lan /opt1

pf1 and pf2 are about 1/2 a kilometer apart both are supporting 10 to 25 users on the lan's
Each lan is on a different subnet and the opt1 interfaces are on a separate subnet from the lans.
I have a static route configured on each pf box and a pair of Wireless AP's make up the connection in PTP mode.
This works fine for accessing servers on either lan. The fire wall is set to pass /any /any .
The interface settings are static with the ip /24 birdge is none  Gateway I left blank ?  ftp helper is UN checked and hostname is blank
Is this correct ? Should I put in a gateWay IP ? Each pf box has it's own gateway.

My problem lies on the opt1 subnet The pair of AP's are due for a firmware upgrade and neither radio will accept the new firmware. Errors of corrupt or not the correct version is the response. How ever I can upgrade the exact same models on from a pc on pf1 through the opt1 link to the lan on pf2. been at it all weekend.

Any ideas on why this may be happening
