I have been running 2.0 beta embedded in several locations in both Alix and PC hardware. My problem is that latest snapshots are very unstable.

When logging in using console, I see following message:
      vr1: vr_link_task: Tx/Rx shutdown error – resetting
      vr1: restarting
      vr1: vr_stop: Rx shutdown error
      vr1: Using force reset command.

Reboot helps, but after a while (few hours or day or so) it crashes again. For me it seems that more traffic causes problems since I have tried it myself it worked fine for weeks, but after deploying it in production environment at the dormitory, problems started.

I have tried snapshots from Jan 18, Jan 22, Jan 28, Feb 4 and Feb 6.

      BR,

      Tommi

I have seen that message during normal operation when the network adapter physically loses link.

Sure that your cable and switch are OK? Can you swap cables, change switch ports, and see if the problem persists?
