PPPoE Question

I am using a 5 IP static IP account with ATT. On my end it is provided as PPPoE through a bridged Westell modem.

Now, I noticed that I seem to loose my internet connection roughly every 24 or 48 hours.

I currently only provide my user name and password on the PPPoE screen in pfSense. Dial-on-demand is unmarked and Idle timeout is blank. I also didn't activate a periodic reset.

In the past these settings kept me connected 24x7, but suddenly I get disconnected on a regular basis. Since I am hosting a web server this is highly undesirable.

Should I use some of the other settings? What is the "best" setup option for my scenario?
