HAVP error page

What is the path, if there is one… to edit the HAVP error page?  It says "You company name here" but I cannot figure out where to change or add that.  ???

TIA!!! It looks a little funny when someone gets the page and it says "Your company name here" as if I dont know the name! lol  ::)  ;D
