      Rather than have NTP, LDAP, TFTP and DNS as specific 'advanced' fields in the DHCP config and crowding the interface but limiting options support to just those, it would be better if we could simply have a key/value table of all the scope options available to DHCPd and add them accordingly. If that's too complex/time consuming, then just a 'custom options' textarea for advanced DHCPd configs would be just as adequate.

      For example, in DHCPd it's possible to add option 252 (auto-proxy-config) to DHCPd with a wpad.dat/proxy.pac file for use with squid. Given that squid is just a package in pfSense, while DHCPd is a core service, DHCP should be configurable to have 'custom options' like this as well…

        This already exists in 2.0. See the "Additional BOOTP/DHCP Options" choice. You can add any numbered option you like.
