      Hi all,

I'm having problems forcing the WAN interface to do 10M full duplex per our ISP requirements.

      I read through the threads:

      http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,9434.0.html

      http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,568.0.html

      http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,10782.0.html

but haven't found a solution to my problem.  One thread had a link to a FAQ but the link was dead.

The default autoselect sets the interface to 10baset/UTP half-duplex.  I issue the command "ifconfig em3 media 10baseT/UTP mediaopt full-duplex" and it seems to switch the the interface to that mode.  But then the interface does not work.  The status says "No Carrier" until I switch back to autoselect and then it works again.

      Anyone have any ideas?

      Thanks.

      Tom
