    Hi guys….

I'm having problems with my atheros-based wireless adapter. After weeks of trying i gave up tweaking the driver.

Anyhow... I realized that clicking the save button (on the OPT1 interface page) kind of "fixes" my wireless. I'm having periodical disconnects, and "saving" repairs my wireless...

    So, my question is:

Is it possible to replicate this (clicking on the save) via shell script and schedule it with cron so it repeats, say, every 5 hours?

    Tnx

      Anybody?

What happens when I click the save button? A set of commands is executed… But what set? ;)

You'd have to follow the logic in the code, which in this case, is most likely /etc/inc/interfaces.inc, in particular the function interfaces_wireless_configure().
