MultiGateways but same IP subnet… Possible ?
-
Sorry i asking this question because i aready tested it out but this can be possible in near future ??? or i have to use some method to config this think up
i have 2 questions this case it's about Link Loadbalancing and about ip conflicts of links.
Question 1. (picture is a-diagram)
I have 2 ISPs A and B … they put their routers here but they use same subnet even the interface ip ... 192.168.100.1
can pfSense split the table to WAN , OPT1 ... remember gateways by it's MAC address ? and do load balancing.. ?
question 2. (picture is b-diagram)
now i have only 1 ISP but... i connected to both interfaces of pfSense (WAN, OPT1) i want to loadbalance with that gateway is it possible ?? ( to gain performance of links on one gateway ( in real case i use it to backup 2 wireless link ) )
on today... i put 3 pfSense and chain it to slove problem but.. can i use only one ??? ..
Thank you very much

As your isp ip's are natted ip's I find hard to believe that they can't be changed.
If you provide more info about your isp and router someone might be able to help. -
from a-diagram
if i can change the interface's ip of ISP A and B's Routers to diff ip it will end this problem but …
it's about to Merging the network ( two isp while still have clients ( A and B isp's clients and pfSense's clients ) )
and i can't change every clients gateway or even ip of clients if i write full diagram will be like this
i can't touch the clients A , B groups ( A will not connect to B ) there some reason about not to touch it i know if i can't change all clients ip i will have to fight this problem but ... onlything i can do is put 3 pfSense ( i planing to use two devices of small os to nat it instead to use two pfSense to nat it and use only 1 pfSense to balance in case a-diagram )
Thanks.
