I upgraded my 1.2.3 box today to the latest snapshot and I have multiple errors on my ipsec tunnels.  First started out like this:
Feb 17 17:46:23 racoon: WARNING: setsockopt(UDP_ENCAP_ESPINUDP_NON_IKE): UDP_ENCAP Protocol not available
Feb 17 17:46:23 racoon: [Self]: INFO: 65.83.x.x[4500] used as isakmp port (fd=123)
Feb 17 17:46:23 racoon: WARNING: setsockopt(UDP_ENCAP_ESPINUDP): UDP_ENCAP Protocol not available

Found that it had lost the ip/carp address that the tunnel should originate from.  I set that and now am getting this.

Feb 17 17:51:18 last message repeated 7 times
Feb 17 17:50:45 racoon: ERROR: failed to get sainfo.
Feb 17 17:50:44 racoon: INFO: unsupported PF_KEY message REGISTER

      Any suggestions?

      Thanks,

      Andy
