hello, i'm programmer of php,mysql etc. i want to cerate module for easly create
1)user acount (ppptp+radius)
2)transfer shaping witch prirority  cbq(borrow),red etc  per acount (static ip form vpn)
3)messages per account by proxy and rdr

what is best way to do it ?
