Dual Wan and public subnet behind pfSense

there's my net chart:

The route to the subnet 4.4.4.0/28 is registered through the gateway 2.2.2.6/30.
Servers should be transparently routed to the Internet (all ports opened). Also, they should be equally visible and outside, and from the network 10.1.1.0/24.
Local users (10.1.1.0/24) goes to internet thru isp1.

How to implement it in pfSense?
