      I'm sure this has been aswered before… but forht elife of me I can't find anyjting in the forum...

      I have PFS 1.2.2

      I have one WAN Nic then I have ...  2 LAN's

      LAN 1 - 192.168.x.x
      OPT1 - 10.0.x.x

      I have a test bed running in the 10.x.x.x and a guest wireless access solution running on 192.x.x.x. The prob that I'm having is that the 10.x.x.x is getting DHCP from the 192.x.x.x in addition although I can ping the 10.x.x.x subnet from the TestBed NIC.. the test bed will not see the internet. I have set OPT1 with a gateway for the servers on the Testbed and OPT1 gateway is set to 192.168.x.x (which is the gateway for the LAN1

      what am i doing wrong.. i've been banging my head against the wall here...

      Cheers

          @clarknova:

          Don't set a gateway for OPT1.

          tried that.. didn't work..

          In addition .. my testbed switch is directly attached to the 10.0.x.x interface (OPT1)

          I also do need to undertand how to disable DHCP on this (OPT1) interface as everything on the interface is getting 192.168.x.x DHCP Leases.

          Cheers

            Services:DHCP Server

            Still, it's very odd that they're getting leases from the wrong subnet. Are your LAN and OPT1 interfaces plugged into the same switch or physical network?

              Damn.. you know what.. they are.

              LAN and OPT1 are connected to a switch.. guess i should put the tesbed switch into the OPT1 interface directly.

              cheers
