Siproxd package filename wrong

The package-listing the firewall gets via XMLRPC from pfsense.org returns a wrong path for siproxd:

"The requested URL /packages/80/All//siproxd-0.7.0_1.tbz was not found on this server."

Indeed, it should return http://files.pfsense.org/packages/80/All/siproxd-0.7.1_1.tbz (0.7.1 instead of 0.7.0), which exists.

Should be trivial to fix.
