After installing the latest snapshot: http://snapshots.pfsense.org/FreeBSD_RELENG_8_1/amd64/pfSense_HEAD/livecd_installer/pfSense-2.0-BETA1-20100420-2206.iso.gz

I was getting an error which said the specified range is invalid any time I tried to set the DHCP address range, even though the range I was using was valid.  I found the issue to be associated with the following error:

      php: : The command '/usr/local/sbin/dhcpleases -l /var/dhcpd/var/db/dhcpd.leases -d local -p /var/run/dnsmasq.pid -h /var/etc/hosts' returned exit code '127', the output was '/usr/local/sbin/dhcpleases: not found'

dhcpd appears to be operating normally, I just had to edit the dhcpd section of config.xml by hand.
