      I have been un-able to use the update tool.  I have only been mannually update version 2.0.  The updater will not work.  I can download the file and update firewall manually.  Any thought on this issue.

        There are some issues with updates but I'm not sure where the problem is. Sometimes I can't do an auto update, sometimes I can't do a GUI update, but usually the console update by URL works.

          updating manually by uploading firmware file using the webgui also seems to work
