Creating subqueues of existing queues.

Is there a way to create a subqueues from the webgui in 1.2.2?
Marking any queue (except qwanroot and qlanroot) as parent queue make it loosing it's place in a tree and in effect beeing promoted to parent queue of the whole interface. At the same time there is no other queues except from qlanroot and qwanroot to choose as a parent queue for any other existing queues.

Instead of HFSC we have FSC to work with :)

No, that doesn't work on 1.2.x.
