IPSEC between 2 offices

Hello!  ??? ??? ???

I have trouble with IPSEC tunelling.
I have office1 with ip: 95.xxx.xxx.xxx - ADSL router
                              192.168.1.1 - WAN interface (pfsense)
                              192.168.102.1 - LAN interface (pfsense)

Office2 ip:                97.xxx.xxx.xxx - Direct WAN connection
                              172.16.xxx.xxx - remote network

Please help me, or give advice how to deside whis problem.
