IPsec Config Netopia and pfsense

I've configured several tunnels with pfsense on both ends, but I'm trying to use a netopia dsl modem/router now and can't seem to get connected.  Phase 1 is failing due to a timeout.

I can ping between the endpoints so I don't think it's a network problem, I'm sure its buried here in these screenshots.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

You should REALLY gray out your preshared key when sharing sins this is an public forum.

I would change it ASP. Can't help you whit your problem thou :(

If phase 1 times out, you might make sure that IPsec traffic is allowed into both WANs. I'm not sure if Netopia blocks that by default or not.

I change the IP's in the config before posting it, thanks for the tip though.
