      Is there anything that speaks against the ability to select multiple packages at once and then hitting an install button?
      I find it to be rather tedious to babysit pfSense as I install various packages. If I could place a check mark next to a few of them, then hit install and come back an hour later when it's done, that would be a lot more productive.

        I don't think there is any technical issue, as there is a "reinstall all" that reinstalls currently installed packages in one big batch.
