Hi!  I'm trying to accomplish something and curious to hear anyone's advise or ideas.  Here is what I want to do.

Customer A wants all his clients in the office to be given Skype and wants Skype to have priority on the
network. So, given that skype is proprietary I thought it would be easier to setup a virtual IP that simply forwards traffic,
thus allowing me to control policy over the VIP itself. My terminology might be somewhat out of order here but I hope my idea makes sense.

anyways, curious to know what you guys think! I simply need to make skype calls have QOS/priority in a simple fashion. What about creating virtual interfaces? Can pfsense do this? Or should I be thinking along the lines of creating a virtual interface in BSD. Thanks!

Will be used in this scenario http://forum.pfsense.org/index.php/topic,25411.0.html

      thanks for your help!
