Hello, i would like to know more about what hardware is best to use with pfsense. I have bourght the book "The Definitive Guide", but it shows not alot about hardware requirements.
Im using intel NIC´s and motherboard´s at the moment. Lets take an example, what would be best to use for a network with aprox 100 clients`, only have to connect to internet without any traffic shaping or blocking ?

      Best regards

have a look at the mini-ITX boards
a VIA or ATOM CPU should not have any problems covering your needs.

          Whats your internet connection BTW?
Also whats your current systems hardware setup?

anymore info you provide can help you get an answer that provides you with more detail
