      Before I go spend a few hours trying to set it up, I thought I'd ask if it is operational yet. I saw some earlier traffic about a checksum issue (fixed according to FBSD board).

      If it is working, I'm happy to put together a HOWTO. I've OpenVPN working, but I want to get L2TP working for the iPad.

        L2TP works, but it's not what you're expecting (which is L2TP+IPsec). The latter is an open issue:

          Right I saw that open issue, but I wasn't sure if it was the FreeBSD UDP checksum issue. I thought FBSD resolved that.
