After spending a whole day, I still can't get my WAN2 to work on OPT1 interface. Any pointers you can provide will be greatly appreciated. When I test this, I'm completely disconnecting my WAN so I know the data is going through OPT1 interface. Here are my settings:

      Thank you very much!

Not enough info there to tell you. Probably missing outbound NAT on WAN2 for that subnet since you're using manual, would be my first guess.

I also changed the AON to "Automatic" instead of Manual Outbound NAT. And same effect. I still cannot go out the internet on my WAN2 (OPT1) connection.

I am suspecting there is something wrong with my routing. How do I setup routing?

Looks like your rules are wrong. WAN2 rules are for traffic coming into WAN2, not leaving out WAN2.

Might help to be more specific than "can't go online anymore". Does basic IP connectivity work? (can you ping 8.8.8.8 or any other pingable IP)  Does DNS resolve names?

I remember trying this very thing (ATT DSL and Time Warner) and ended up only being able to use WAN for the DSL link because PPPoE wasn't available to OPT1. That was 1.2 I believe - a while ago. If your device does PPPoE and gives you ethernet ignore that, but I was using just a DSL modem.
It worked well though, the failover.

I ordered the pfsense book, uninstalled everything and started fresh. It worked without doing anything special. I must have selected some setting I didn't know. Thanks for your help everyone!
