hi! I'm a new user of pfsense and also new here in the forums, I'm running pfsense 1.2.3 in a P4 1.7 ghz cpu currently and have 11 workstations on it,  I'm running 3 wan set up on my system and bind 1 of those (opt1) when I installed squid, I intend to throttle down downloads speed of mediafiles and downloading large files so I entered 300 on overall bandwith throttling box, checked throttle multimedia files and cd image box., but it does'nt seemed to be working, max download of the opt1 is approximately 800kbps or .80mbps, I intend to do this to prevent slowdowns on ordinary browsing on some workstations, this always happens when 3-4 workstations simultenously watching on youtube or other video streaming websites and downloading large files,  Thanks for those who can help..
