Traffic shaping adding a rule (question)

I want to add a rule for traffic shaping a have to media streams running on my computers (Airvideo) I use it for my iPhone to watch videos from my servers.  I'm really not sure what i need to do to add the rule. since i also will only use it when I'm not at home or using the internet i would like it to be one of the highest priority.

what i dont understand.

Target:? what to put there.
in: lan
out: wan
prot: tcp
source:?ip of server or ip of client not sure which one it wants for this(think its the server so i would put the ip of the sever there.
source port range: the ports it uses.
destination:any
destination port range: same as source
direction: out (i think)
IP Type of Service (TOS): no idea
TCP flags: not sure

any help would be great thanks. also after i add a rule do i have to add a queue?
aslo i noticed there is an xbox 360 choice but no ps3 how do i go about adding that?

What I did for a game should work for you.
Run the shaper wizard choose one of the game rules as higher priority.

Then mode the rules for the game queue you choose to the ports you use for your media server.
IE if you use port 123 forwarded to your media server change the port for the game you checked in the wizard.
You need to do both it makes and out and inbound rule.
