BELKIN F5U250 Gigabit Ethernet ExpressCard

Hello,
Anyone know if this card will work with Version Two? I am looking to use an older laptop and this card was the only ExpressCard that I could fine.

It seems that the OS sees this card, but for whatever reason, I am unable to connect to it. Bummer!
Trying to load as MK4, but will not report a MAC address. So, looks like it will not work.
Any thoughts?

What shows up in the boot log for the device?
What about the output of "pciconf -lv"?
