Alix2c3 don't boot

Hello i have a RouterbOARD alix2c3

I installed successfully on my memory card this image pfSense-2.0-BETA4-1g-20100822-0119-nanobsd using  physdiskwrite

when i connect the serial appear this screen:

640 KB Base Memory
261120 KB Extended Memory

01F0 Master 044A CF CARD 1GB
Phys C/H/S 1954/16/63 Log C/H/S 977/32/63

1  pfSense
2  pfSense

F6 PXE
Boot:  1 ########

breaks here…when i tried any key appear a '#' on the screen...

Anyone know the solution?
