How to backup all my configuration?

I begin with pfsense and I'd like to save all my configurations / rules… from my pfsesense.

How can I do it?  And how can I restore configuration from this backup ?

I use pfsense 1.3

Go to Diagnostics -> Backup/Restore and download your config.
