        That means either your monitor is bad, the line is loaded or it is really crappy.

        Since it is not triggering packet loss alarms it's probably the either of the 1st 2, or both.

          at around Aug 23 15:36:41 syslogd: kernel boot file is /boot/kernel/kernel

          and awaiting the issue to re-appear.
