      A few people have reported that attempting to initialise a rum USB device in adhoc or hostap mode causes a panic. Its easy to reproduce the problem on FreeBSD 8.1. I have tested the patch in FreeBSD PR 144642 (see http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=kern/144642) on a FreeBSD system and haven't been able to reproduce the crash when attempting hostap mode initialisation.

        We have a ticket for it that references that PR.

        Keep an eye on it to know where it will get included

          The redmine ticket references RP 149185 which is a problem I haven't seen (integer divide fault).
