How can i edit pfsense in that way that i use WAN2 (ISP : Dommel) for my newsgroup downloads (NNTP - port 119 - i guess TCP)?

Create a rule on your LAN interface specifying a destination TCP port of 119 and a gateway of WAN2's gateway.  Make sure this rule comes before the default rule for the interface and don't forget to reset states to make sure the rule takes effect immediately.

Not quite - you specified that both source and destination ports be 119.  That will never happen (and therefore, never match your rule).  Leave the source port set to "any".
